Purchasing
All product availability has a 2-4 day processing time, unless the product is clearly noted on the Product Detail page (ie. Pre-Order).
Most items are in stock and ready to ship. Some items are either located at our other warehouse (2-4 day processing time) or are not available for shipment until a specific release date provided by the manufacturer (Release Date items). For more information, please read the details below.
In-Stock Items
Most orders for In-Stock items begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. This process may take up to 1 day for In-Stock items. For example, if you order an In-Stock item on Monday that item leaves the warehouse in 1 full business day, it will leave the warehouse no later then Wednesday (depending on the time of day you orded on Monday). After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.
2-4 Day Processing Items
These items are located at another warehouse which is why this process may take up to 2-4 days before item can be shipped according to your shipping method you select at checkout. For example, if you order an item on Monday that item is then located in our other warehouse, your payment status will be verified and approved with the receiving shipping address, that item will then leave the warehouse no later then Friday (depending on the time of day you orded on Monday). After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. You will be notified of the status of your order via email when item has shipped.

Release Date Items
Release Date items are items that are available for purchase on our site in advance of the manufacturer's release date for sale to the general public. Release Date items are shipped directly, once the approved release date arrives. You will be notified of the status of your Release Date item via email. Expected shipment time (for example, "Ships on or before 01/31/2009") is indicated on the Product Detail.
Please note : Expected shipment times specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
